Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges within 3 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If it is not in the original packaging, it will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. 

To request a return or exchange, please email info@robinsonsjoy.com within 48 hours of delivery date. If your items arrive damaged or defective, please email photos or videos to info@robinsonsjoy.com upon opening.

For damaged merchandise, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment once the defective item has been received. 

Shipping

All items will ship out 5-7 business days. Orders $50.00 and over ship free within in the US.

Summer Shipping

Our Whipped Butters are handmade with all natural products including Shea Butter and Mango Butter. Shea butter has a melting point of 95 degrees Fahrenheit and Mango Butters has a melting point is 98 degrees Fahrenheit. The Whipped Butters may melt during shipping in the warmer months.

We ship the Whipped Shea Butter and Whipped Mango Butters frozen during the summer months.

It is best to store our Whipped Butters in cooler room temperatures from 68-76 degrees.
